Our family moved to Canada from the U.S. and purchased home from Provident in 2017. We watched the progress from just an empty lot to a completely beautiful new home for our family of four! From start to finish throughout the process the communication was excellent between ourselves and the company employees. It felt (and still feels) like we were dealing with a small, family-owned business because you always get a call back, deal with the same friendly faces all the time and get quick resolution if any problems arise. Their construction/project manager is often seen on the job site and readily makes himself available to buyers and new homeowners for questions, concerns and to bounce ideas off of. Since we moved into our home one year ago we’ve needed help with a variety of small things that have come up and the response is immediate: I never feel like I am a bother.
